Players unable to access game page and play the game

I recently released a new game, and upon asking testers and some players on discord to join there was a portion that were just unable to see the game at all. When attempting to force join from friends, it gave them the error that they did not have permission to join this experience as if they were trying to join a private server. I am also just completely unable to edit the maturity questionaire.
