Roblox support refuses to disable two step authentication

What I expect to happen: I expect roblox support to turn off two step authentication on my account when I request that they do, which I cannot do myself as I no longer have access to my device with an authenticator app and cannot sign into roblox.

What happens: Roblox support says they don’t have enough information to verify ownership of this account.

Where it happens: Roblox Support and via email.

When it happens: From tuesday (three days ago) to today.

Reproduction instructions: Sign out of roblox and lose access to your device with an authenticator for two step authentication then ask roblox support to turn off two step authentication.

I’m not sure this is a bug. You don’t know what internal processes are in place to verify account ownership. Some of these checks might be essential to avoid bad actors, and it’s more than likely they’re working as intended given how many attempts you made with different support agents.
